So if your theory is correct which it may well be, then why did the company rush to fulfill this one obligation? They evidenced no concern to make good on their other obligations that I know of, but they were very expeditious in fulfilling this one obligation. They did not let this asset be valued by the BK court. I know the current holder of the patents is rumored to have a lot of friends here but if he is who he is rumored to be, he has posted that the patents had no value due to prior art. A list of the patents evidencing the prior art would illuminate this clearly. Statements that my concern is bogus just don't cut it, but an explanation of the prior art claim would be easy to evaluate.
