What needs to happen is just get someone in to take the shell. Despite the long list of scumbags involved with it and one of the biggest ones still listed as an officer, it has a decent genealogy and how many zillions of net loss carryforwards? It still has them, right? Then just get out of this industry and away from all the scumbags, and this thing is rife with scumbags
