If I hadn't become a cop, my other career path would have been as a chef. I have a passion for food. I've spent many hours taking culinary classes and like to put that to some use. I don't get to cook much for the wife as she's always on the run/never around and dines out most of the time.

I'm ready for a road trip. Time to head out to BC, visit my daughter and go house hunting. I can't take to much more of this city dwelling.
