Hopefully an uptrend. Frank must be a pretty good Chess player, but at the cost to get the certs converted and the pps most didn't find it worth it to mail them. There are more shares than he expected. He still needs a small rise before a rs for a dual listing, both have to wait till after the tender offer. I don't think he's going to dump any shares for now, besides the small amounts to promoters or promoter.

I don't think he is going to see many more shares this time either. Plan B? I'm looking forward to this new bs. There is a good chance he will combine forces with another failed scammer. Whatever he does it should be entertaining.
