Finally!! I real trial! This is finally going to be the opportunity to be heard - no crap about not having "jurisdiction" (what a load of sidestepping that was by our great court system - a SH was defrauded in Texas but did not have jurisdiction in Texas - no kidding? - what stupid dumb lawyer didn't know that before taking the case - but it darn well stopped us from being zeroed out in our investment by some unvoted for merger) ... no more crap about dismissal at some hearing ... no more crap!!! OH yeah ... no doubt there will be some fancy dance delaying, postponing, sidestepping tactics ... but at some point this is going forward after 5 long years ... all the cards shall be laid out on the table and there is a full deck to play. I am not lost on the potential that shareholders can lose - not the way the courts often side with poor, down-trodden criminals trying to make their wretched living off other people's money. But not without a fight!
No settling out of court for me - not now - unless EVERYTHING IS REVERSED TO AN OCTOBER DAY ABOUT 5 YEARS AGO ....
