Decision handed down by the judge is to go to trial, a disappointment but not a surprise.

This should be the world's shortest trial.

I will be making a case as pro se lawyer that this "deal" stank to high heavens for the shareholders.

I will be using facts based on the 8K and other SEC documents filed by Exobox, VICT and stinky CHIT.

I think the FBI and SEC and IRS will be using the data collected during the trial.

I fully expect more charges and indictments to be filed resulting from the sworn testimony produced during the trial.

Dissapointing but not necessarily bad news, unless you were involved with attempting to screw over a group of shareholders.
