olddog I was very busy today but I have a friend who is a retired judge that I called and he said he wasn't sure but he believed that the courts are not allowed to seal any information from the public unless it is regarding national security. He said when you go to a public court system you have chosen to do so and should not be afforded any private information that the general public can't have. I will endeavor to get a New York attorney tomorrow and see if we can get information that is disseminated from a public court made available. These companies do not need a public court system to resolve their problems and not expect the public to have access to any and all information. They have every right to go through arbitration and have it kept private. This was what a judge said but he was not 100% on his opinion on this. JMO Mickey
