so since they're sticking with the Ironstone name..etc... I guess I can rule out this reverse merging with WR Hambrecht Ventures(?) as I'd assume that would be the new name(?)

assuming I'm correct and no reverse merger here I guess we're left with the path forward...... we'll need some funding to get this off the ground imo

I still would prefer a merge-in here but that's not looking too likely unless they'd actually rename WR Hambrecht Ventures to Ironstone........
