As an early investor in Verity Corp, you are aware that since November 2013, I have not been involved in management or been an officer of the company .That is still true today where it was erroneously reported that I assumed CEO position. You are also aware that I loaned the company $4.5 million dollars. That loan while it was our lifetime savings, I do not ever expect to get paid. Likewise, as a shareholder like yourself, I question the future value of shares.



This hurts all shareholders, but not more than the hurt to our family. While the financial loss is great to us, the bigger lose to society is greater. Our Grandchildren will not be able to experience the healthy food that Verity intended to provide. The health to our grandchildren is the reason I started supporting Verity in 2000 after the death of my older brother who pioneered healthy soil.



I do believe that the shareholders will be hearing the Verity positions in the near future. It is nothing that I have control over.
