$HAON Strategic Planning. With the acquisition of NDG Holdings, Inc. in Feb 2016, the base infrastructure for $HAON has been developed to lever future acquisitions of sales and marketing companies. We have two footprints; one in Newtown, CT that houses sales, marketing, finance and a second location in San Diego, CA which is the distribution point for products which are primarily made in and around Tijuana, Mexico.
