The real tragedy is that BICX simply farmed out areas of the country to various clinics and then sat back and waited for the money to roll in. The business plan is way to passive.

It is a shame that there was never any effort to get an indication for usage to treat heroin addiction. That is a clear slam dunk need. Insurance companies or the federal government would see the need for treatment of this horrific addiction.
