hi i have followed this stock for a few years and have always appreciated your very intelligent and insightful posts... i currently have a relatively small position and have been slowly averaging down my cost.i believe the stock at current levels represents a huge value proposition if they remain a compliant filing company...so i have called the company several times over the past few months to inquire as to when they would file their now extremely delinquent 10 K and 10 Q and have been told every time that Mr. Schmid would return my call....unfortunately that has never happened...i understand that with crude at current levels they may have to write down their assets and that this is a very complicated accounting procedure and i also understand that Mr. Schmid was at the foot of the mountain when a bearded gentleman brought down two stone tablets ( l.o.l. )and /or he may be under legal instruction not to return shareholder calls until the filings are brought current you seem to have the privilege of being the only person who gets his calls returned ...so on behalf of all other investors could you please ask the totally legal question of the very recalcitrant mr. Schmid as to when and if the financials will be brought up to date...thank you i
