The rape kit market for PBIOs technology is not imminent.

Their collaborative agreement with FIU is not anticipated to be commercial until at least one year from now, assuming successful R&D, a developed market, acceptance etc.

Also, I dont believe PBIO has identified just what this market may represent for them. I know 400,000 rape kit backlog etc but what are the economics?

I have the same question regarding the co- marketing deal with ab sciex. The agreement isnt disclosed that I can find. What are the terms, minimum sales guarantees, marketing contributions etc??

Stock still looks strong but the risk/reward ratio has shifted heavier to the risk side, which is why Im out of 80%. Not expecting much more upside in the near term and will probably let go of the rest soon.

Good luck, PBIO certainly a worthwhile opportunity longer term than 90% of the otc garbage on the market
