THIS scam is simple. Issue bs pr's to dump shares. Shares insiders by at discount. Then sell to suckers who continue to believe the bs same people in charge put out. Been rinse and repeat by same prefers fleecing common for many years. Nothing changes here. Beware once the never ending dilution drives this down won't recover.
