That should have been the case when this first happened but our brokerage firms opted not to. Since they took that stance and since the records remain available most now would want much more than just their money back.
If the case goes to a jury trial it will be interesting to see the results.
In the meantime Kudos to Mr. Megas for not selling us out. All imho.
