Founded in 2010, Asiabiz Capital has completed a number of major projects including private equity investments and assisting companies to be listed on the Hong Kong capital market.

In May 2015, Asiabiz Capital initiated several M&A in A Shares and NEEQ projects, mostly in the military, TMT, Media & Culture and pharmaceuticals industries, etc. Asiabiz Capital has also set up a NEEQ fund in partnership with China Everbright Bank.

On April 15th, 2015, Hong Kong listed company, Greater China Holdings (431.HK) announced a 45% acquisition of Dtd365 Online’s issued shares. Dtd365 online was a part of Asiabiz Capital’s private equity portfolio companies.

On January 27th, 2015, Asiabiz Capital signed an equity investment agreement with Dangtian Finance Online totaling USD 20million. This investment marked the first significant investment by Asiabiz Capital in internet finance industry.

By the end of 2014, Asiabiz Capital assisted numerous clients in the participation of private equity opportunities including but not limited to Xiaomi, Tujia, and Alibaba pre-IPO subscription.

Greater China Holdings (431.HK), a Hong Kong listed company announced that it would acquire 100% of Oriental Credit on November 21st, 2014. Oriental Credit is engaged in the pawnshop business in the mainland and was a part of Asiabiz Capital’s private equity portfolio companies.

In 2012, Asiabiz Capital conducted a minority equity investment in Xinsheng Pawn, and assisted Xinsheng Pawn to list in Hong Kong. Shanghai Xinsheng Pawnshop Limited is a comprehensive pawnshop and financing enterprise. It was approved by the Chinese Ministry to establish and specialize in providing the pledged and collateral loans.

Asiabiz Capital also invested in other companies including but not limited Liansheng Health Group and Xiamianguan.
