Nuvo Research Inc. changed to Nuvo Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Plan of Arrangement/Name Change. Pursuant to the Arrangement, Nuvo will spin-off its drug development business into a newpublic company that will be named Crescita Therapeutics Inc. Holders of Nuvo Shares of record as of the close of business 3/3/2016 will receive (1) common share of Crescita for each Nuvo Share held. Pursuant to the Arrangement, certificates representing the Crescita Shares will be mailed commencing on or about March 4, 2016.
