As I can tell today's 0.0004s sellers must have bought those dirt cheap shares at 0.0003s a couple of days ago based on the volume match.
Anyway they are all gone now! Now the 0.0005s is the lowest price to get in before HIDC hit 0.001x again...
The non-reporting peer (SMAA) with 986M/804M shares Large OS/float but it already hit 0.0006 yesterday! To match the Same MV for the Entire OS/float we should see HIDC (310M/150M shares Tiny OS/float) hit the New 52-week high 0.0019/0.0032 very soon...
