harvard_88, to add with DVME...

Hopefully DVME has a plan to fix the share structure too without doing a reverse split. Maybe a legitimate share buyback and/or share retirement to reduce the Outstanding (OS) to position the company to then reduce its Authorized Shares (AS) to something more logical to remove some potential fear of dilution.
