I am doing my taxes and have a question. I received a check from RG/2 for $789 in March. It was made out to me with IRA on the end on my name. I traded in a Fidelity account. I did not receive a 1099-R. The problem is I am not sure how to enter it in Turbotax. I know that it is taxed and has a 10% penalty because I cashed the check instead of sending it into Fidelity. How can I enter this for my return? Turbotax is so automated that I can't figure it out.
