MM's don't short in the literal sense although short term they may find themselves in that position. Short term meaning hours or days. Nothing more. To suggest that shorty is responsible for the failures of most OTC stocks would be misleading. OTCSHORTREPORT represents garbage volume numbers so let's not go there.
