Yes, my TWDL shares that I bought as a private placement at .001 per share were subjected to the reverse split because they were common shares like anyone else that bought shares from their brokerage companies from the open market.
Right now I'm down big since the closing price of .0001 yesterday before the reverse split took place. Right now it's looking like a bad investment. I have not spoken to the company in quite a few months and I have no intentions of doing so. After the reverse split, the few shares I have are even fewer. Hopefully the reverse split was for a positive reason, but such usually is not the norm within the penny stock world. If need be, I'll just take my losses like a man and simply move on.
