FPFI forward looking statement:

Even if you buy shares at 0001 you will lose your money. Toxic note conversion rates are as high at 55% off the price per share, the note holders, JP Carey, Carpathia, et al are getting shares at .000045 each and they are making a nice return by taking your money .0001 at per share.

Hang the skull and crossbones on this one. Its dead money.
