The property portfolio is divided into six market areas: Sundsvall, Gävle, Dalarna, Östersund, Umeå and Luleå. Sundsvall is the largest market representing 29 per cent of the property value and 32 per cent of the rental value. Trade is the largest property category accounted for 41 percent of the property value and 36 per cent of the rental value.

This platform is also utilized by partners who finance the development of the new drug and gives BioInvent is entitled to milestone payments and royalties on sales. Such partners include Bayer HealthCare, Daiichi Sankyo, Mitsubishi Tanabe and Servier.
