Thank you offspring, you've been a help over the year or so with your knowledge of $PTAH. I have had a chance to read nearly every page under the court system filings and to me it seems to be a typical, "lets stretch it out as long as possible" scenario which looks like poor business management on PTAH part and a cut off of funds from TCA Global after they dug into the filings.

Knowing about some legal proceedings myself, this could be resolved with someone actually trying to compromise instead of filing for continuances or arguments on simple wording which does nothing for either side.

Eventually, the judge will have had enough and declare a motion for it to be resolved by both or the judge will give verdict, as I am expecting. This is why the courts are always back logged, to much kicking the can down the road and not enough finding a resolution. IMO of course.

If anyone has a different take on it that I am missing, it would be great to hear another side. As a large investor in this company for the last couple years, I hope this gets resolved and we move forward. With the current gas/diesel prices, profits should be high, trucking is higher in demand than it has ever been these days and many trucking companies are thriving now.

Good luck to everyone here!
