Ben Hansel, Hansel Capital, LLC.

At first glance, it appears as if Hansel Capital is directly related to KBLB.

I imagine that Ben "fielded" the call

Maybe the Government contacted the corporate office number and both Kim and Jon weren't available to answer calls due to meetings, etc., so all calls were forwarded to Ben, that would normally go to the executive staff.
