to show Kyle was lying in the Aug 2014 PR when he suggested they needed 3 items to get a full salvage permit. The Defendant contacted the state and got information that contradicted what Kyle stated, as well as claims made by known lenders of the company that were being falsely disseminated. And it's all documented.

I'm optimistic that the intimidation tactics by SFRX and affiliates will soon be exposed for what they are. They hoped to silence their critics via the courts. That is called "abuse of process".

I'm hopeful any that participated in that scheme is soon held to account.
