They're probably down 70% in the last year--12 months. YDT, or "year to date" means "since the first of this year." As you can see, they got a big rally out of that PR on the sixth of January and then sold that off and made new lows. Then they got another rally, and they're still working on selling that off and making more new lows. The trend is obviously still down. To change it will take a lot of buying--in other words, news with some meat on its bones.
