Market Makers need to restore the market for SANP. No one can buy $0.0001s, so why would they buy $0.0002s? If they do, they lose 50% of their investment when a minuscule amount of $0.0001s are sold. It is apparent that the Ask is being stacked. This stock is dead in the water.
