Quote LOL, ""fact(s) or actual reality? Where? Where's the published data?" ---> "

NOT A SINGLE ITEM related to OCATA or ASTELLAS in the little link, LOL !! NONE? MISSING? WHAT????????

Just more BS about "the chancery court" and "appraisal" a blah, blah, blah.

Also, the FACTS have been left out- such as it takes YEARS in the ole "chancery court" and the "award" is often LESS than the Tender offer or zero at best. What valuation model is going to be used for a 4 BILLION plus share diluted, no revenue, no prospects of revenue for YEARS if ever, no products, no prospects of products per FIVE years or more per their own SEC filings, no advancing phase II trials, cash poor, a history of SEC violation and on and on and on. What freaking court is gonna value that supposedly based on more than a seasoned, very experienced mega pharma, bio-tech expert firm such as Astellas just valued um? Based on what alternate universe reality? NO insiders bought so much as $5 bucks worth of shares, EVER, even when they traded for PENNIES- but some fantasy court is gonna assign some BS $BILLION dollar valuation, LOL ????? REALLY??? TOTAL BS IMO. Nonsense. Astellas is a gift horse- in this collapsing market. OCATA is a $2 buck stock with an $100 million market cap tops in this now burst bio-tech bubble and the "court" would see that in 2 seconds. OCATA is cash poor, they were unable to raise capital in the secondary markets despite filing a $100 million shelf offering- instead raising a pittance $28 million loaded with toxic warrants and on and on and on. The court would REDUCE the $8.50 per share IMO. A very strong possibility- given the reality that OCATA would be facing BK or desperation financing by June/July of 2016 at best- w/o Astellas showing up to save their diluted behind. Lets jut use those simple FACTS when talking about some "chancery court" fantasy BS, LOL !!

WHO has filed any suit or hired any law firm ( and is paying that law firm) to seek any "appraisal rights" or file any "lawsuit" related to 1) OCATA or 2) ASTELLAS or 3) LAUREL?????

WHO, WHEN and WHERE? Just a bogus "link" to a bunch of general info- mainly about Dell, which as ZERO to do with OCATA/ASTELLAS.

Once again, the magic cell little bloggy site- "trying" to imply there is a relation to two or more TOTALLY UNRELATED entities or events.

WHERE IS A SPECIFIC COURT CASE regarding OCATA or Astellas? What's the case number, the court, the judge assigned, the plaintiff's name etc?

Without that info, it's just BS, NONSENSE. Grasping at the thin air- where nothing exists. I can care less about reading some grand history of the freaking Delaware "chancery court" blah, blah, LOL !!

Has ZERO to do with this completed merger. And YES, Gabelli took the $8.50 a share as pure ARBITRAGE, along with the option straddles. That's what ARBITRAGE is, LOL !!
