The problem is this report can't be passed on serious news organizations in its current format:
--There are too many grammatical errors and awkward sentences.
--The FAA does not have a position called "Chief Inspector". It's an airline required position.
--There is no "Chicago Regional Flight Standards Office"
--The layout looks horrible
Wish he'd had someone proof read it first. Not a good first impression.
