Anytime someone on a forum is saying stock market crooks are going to get punished I view it as a coverup job to get everyone to think that the work is done and nobody else needs to report the fraud.

I bet nothing happens, and won't be surprised if the management of this scam continues to be a bunch of lazy SOBs. That Russell Smith dude must be cooked up, completely fried. I wonder how it happened. Maybe he's just a huge alcoholic.
