Quote BS LOL, "I can say "appraisals" are rather common in Delaware Chancery Court."

WHAT????????? Based on what fact(s) or actual reality? Where? Where's the published data?

What statistics and reality prove such a broad statement to be true?

What's the outcome of these supposed "appraisals"???? Where's the supporting numbers, facts, statistics, etc?

TOTAL BS NONSENSE. The fantasy "lawsuit" and "appraisal" BS is going to amount to nothing. Astellas has $3 BILLION in cash and every freaking legal duck in a row- as shown by their text-book execution yesterday of the merger and all subsequent SEC filings etc. They don't miss on anything.

Astellas KNEW with 100% certainty they were gonna bad this deal. They installed their own freaking mgt team within like 15 minutes of the SEC forms being uploaded to EDGAR- like they were ever in "doubt" about this deal, as the magic cell blog MYTH based nonsense claimed was the case? REALLY?

Astellas had their entire team in the on-deck circle, ready to move on a moments notice to close this out in a matter of hours. Astellas doesn't miss a thing. And some nothing blog site and 8 or 9 "members" of said blog- don't stand a snow balls chance of tying up Astellas in some "court" for even 2.5 seconds, before Astellas would break um financially, let alone quash um legally.

And YES, MARIO SOLD FOR ARBITRAGE, NOT SOME MYTH of the "tender caused it a blah, blah, blah" BS. He was in it for pure ARBITRAGE from day one- and has ZERO interest in this deal going forward. He and his firms are cashed-out and the 13D filing says just that. He's not litigating- that's just more magic cell bloggy BS NONSENSE. Not a SHRED of proof to back it up.
