Of course there's been an investigation. They wouldn't have leveled accusations if they didn't think something was wrong. The nature of the investigation and the circumstances under which whatever happened took place should come out in the hearing within the next 60 days. Then we'll see how bad the deeds were and what remedies, if any, are necessary. The whole process will be over in a year or less. Plenty of time to see if FDA will clear products for OTC sales. If yes, SEC proceeding is less crucial. If no, much disappointment.
Now everyone can start shouting about how certain they are of the outcome ;>)
