It's a blinded study. It's great that dsmb reported no serious adverse events. It's also great to hear that participants are "feeling better.". However, we need to see the results to see the outcome. Also, pts are randomized after they are enrolled. So, they didn't look for that last patient knowing which arm they are in. If someone told you that participants on the drug did better than those on placebo is guessing or pulling your leg. If the trial was run as messed up as you are claiming it to be then the trial and resulting data will not be accepted by any journal or FDA.
