That is the real issue....qtr after qtr, yr after yr....same ol thing...as promising as it looked...can never turn the quarter....management= NOT UP TO IT!!
Didn't you notice in the Q report that the worm has turned?
E.g. They have finally acknowledged the wastefulness of 1 shift at two locations and started consolidating locations to more closely align with volume requirements.
It'll take another quarter or two to all filter through, but that's one of the things that will help.
Using tier 1 supplier chain is another - transfers some costs, and risks, away from $CPST to the suppliers.
Of course there's more that will take longer, but at last a start.
