Yep, and they never "halted" the trading on any of the previous extensions being announced- they simply did a PR and then had the appropriate SEC filings uploaded to the SEC EDGAR database by 7 AM or so Eastern each time prior. It's now 9:05 Eastern and nothing yet.

So whatever is about to be announced is likely a much bigger deal than just another extension or whatever.
