BRK is roughly tracking the S&P 500 (SPY) depending on which slice of time you use. BRK is doing ok considering it's fairly leveraged which hurts in weak markets... like now. BRK doesn't own a lot of oil if you compare it with most mutual funds or the like.

My long-held SPY does get me about 2.17% div yield. BRK, of course, pays nada!
