Yes he had a sucessful capital raise and that allows strategic to further it's business plan with Punta! Remember Fellner was and has always been in the real estate Developement business! Punta was always stbv's goal! But to the economic downturn and craziness back in around 2010 with the Mexican drug cartels it really scared investers away! Things have changed for the better! Bearpot was not meant to be a scam to get invester! Due to the excitement of the legalized marijuana interest stbv figures it might be able to get involved but it proved to be to costly and with to many regulations and restrictions! They took a loss I will admit!
