ECPL is up 33.33% today! It seems nobody wants to sell any shares at the All-Time Low 0.0002 or the 52-week low 0.0003. The weak hand's sales are dried out now! Hopefully some strong slapping actions will take out all the dirt cheap 0.0004s since the next ask is 80K-0.0007!

By the way who are selling the shares at such low price (0.0004)? Why?

Keep in mind, folks here: ECPL has measly 22M shares FIXED Hyper Tiny OS count! The current MV is just $8K which was never happened before! In another word, any investor who put down just $8K cash can buy out the Entire OS at the current ridiculous low price!

With the similar OS count the non-reporting OTC peer already hit 0.039 which is 97.5-bagger Huge Investment Return from here (0.0004)!
