That "PR" originated from Hayes. There is no joint comment with Intel nor has there been any second or third party corroboration since.

Hayes can put anything on OTC (and he does). Without corroboration, it is just him breaking wind.

I have confirmation that this is just another Hayes methane escape. No relationship.
