In spite of this, they still were able to advance the plan. Great observation about the access to great land two years ago and now they are acquiring the licenses as they are being made available. Very cool. As we recall from the previous announcement, the had secured the funds to pay for the necessary licenses. So, I am interpreting that they have now or will shortly be executing those licenses.
Yes, this is my speculation based on the evidence, the announcements and other info sources. Still speculation, though. I think we will have to wait until mid to late may for confirmation.
We shall see.
BTW, I, too, need more. Those of you getting shaky, please hold until mid March so that I can use scoop them up.
