Your comment that one of the possible reasons for NNVC not "expeditiously" manufacturing and submitting Flucide to BASi is "inability to characterize the final FluCide product" shows that you have absolutely no understanding of the INDA process and Tox guidance from the FDA.

But you are correct, everything I post is pure speculation. Amazing how accurate my wild guesses have been over the past 5 years. Must just be lucky I guess.

When there is no ocular Tox completed and no Flucide Tox completed in '16, something I said last year, will that be just another lucky guess?
