Being a wide eyed optimist I give NNVC a 50% chance of getting some 'cide into tox before the end of this year. And by that I mean enough of the 'cide to actually finish tox. And by finishing tox I mean having all the lab work done that you need to file for IND approval.

Of course nothing will get into clinical trials this year. I may be a wide eyed optimist but I'm not completely stupid.
