"Spiraling out of control??" A tad hyperbole? DP has been extremely purposeful and transparent with his use of shares. We could argue all day about dilution this and that. It's all dilution. Agreed. What separates this company from other pot stocks trying to succeed or look like they are trying to succeed is that DP is actually using the shares for real growth. And he and the company are succeeding. No one can argue that anymore. He even said that he did not plan to increase AS unless there was a significant acquisition of a profitable company. CRAZY TALK!

Wow - I'd say it's the exact opposite of what you are accusing DP and TRTC of doing. This company has unfortunately had to use "shares" for financing, like so many others. HOWEVER, unlike so many others, we are seeing increased revenues, build outs, and acquisitions. I'd say that's quite a controlled and steady use of the share structure - not "spiraling out of control."
