The important thing to remember here is, the share count is spiraling out of control. It must be approaching a half Billion now.

Of course we don't know until they decide to do another financial, which they aren't obligated to do anytime soon...otcqx requirements in mind, and all that.

Still, whether recorded or not dilution is a real phenomenon which can only be avoided for so long. And loss of shareholder value.

Can anyone justify owning this stock at this point?
