PPHM has now closed below $1 for 6 consecutive days.
24 more days closing below $1 and PPHM will be sent by NASDAQ a "deficiency notice."
This would be the first step towards delisting.
Realist1 is not predicting delisting, rather the more likely solution of another reverse split which will probably destroy what little shareholder value has not already been destroyed over the last ~10 years by this management team.
