Well, we all must make our own decisions based on our own research of public information.

I enjoy sharing my research and reading the research shared by others. After all, that is the supposed purpose of stock message boards. Differing opinions make the world go around.

All I can go by is rhuph20 depletes HA. All of the published data I have seen supports depletion of tumor HA improves drug delivery to tumor. That is all it is supposed to do. The trials are not to determine if Peg depletes HA but what happens with different drugs/indications after HA depletion. That is where it gets complicated and the science must be thoroughly investigated, proven safe and efficacious in humans.

Hopefully we all know there is no such thing as a sure thing.

Halo appears to be attempting to go it alone with Peg in US and EU. Higher risk, higher reward. I have mixed feelings about that but must accept that management knows what they are doing or sell my stock. I would opt for a more conservative approach, contain spending until MA submission but I don't have all the facts and must accept that hopefully they are much smarter with all the facts.

202 was updated 2/3/16 and still recruiting. Wonder if they will stay open until Phase III start and convert to new trial since protocol is supposed to be basically the same. If possible, that would be a big boost to the Phase III.

Oh I bought 1,000 shares of your #1 and $500 down. All bio investors are taking a licking but this isn't the first time and wont be the last. High risk, high reward. Still better than losing your a$$ on a safe bet that never recovers.
