…I've been seeing pharmacies approving Teva's Granix as a replacement agent for Neupogen with no mention of any exceptions…

Pharmacies can’t automatically switch prescriptions from Neupogen to Granix; however, they can dispense Granix for off-label indications without any legal or regulatory headaches.
