The tragic irony is that at the existing rate of PPS decline, towards the end of the year the stock will be at .0001 and somebody could become majority shareholder buying over 50% of BIGG's stock for around five thousand dollars. Would be nice to dream that someone could step in at that point, using their leverage to fire the CEO and replace the board.
As is, market cap is less than $100K. Pathetic. If the company's board and CEO had any sense, they would be buying their shares back right now at this low price and taking the company private. They obviously have no interest in the concerns of us retail shareholders and appear quite willing to screw us all over, in part because management doesn't have the competency to produce the complex financial reporting as required by the SEC for BIGG's tangled corporate structure.
Sure as hell am glad I dumped $2M shares late last year (hanging on to a much smaller position for no other reason than dumping the remaining and taking the tax write-off for stock loss at the end of 2016).
